• Constitution and By-Laws
  
   - The Executive Board has reviewed and recommends the following amendments of the by-laws (PDF 100 KB). All changes are highlighted in yellow and new language or additions are underlined and all deleted language is in brackets. Changes will be voted on at the upcoming Annual Educational and Training Seminar in Philadelphia and are summarized here:
  
  1) The term "Annual Conference" has been changed to "Annual Educational and Training Seminar."
  2) The term "headquarters" has been changed to "mailing address", which shall be chosen by the treasurer and approved by the executive board.
  3) The nominating and voting procedures for the CASA Award have been changed and now include the electronic submission of nominations and voting to be done on conference call.
  4) The non-voting Federal-State Relations Representative was added as a position on the executive board.
  5) Membership dues for the current calendar year will only be accepted until December 31 of that year. Dues for previous years will no longer be accepted
