Committee charge - Contact the Food Committee of AFDO and identify one issue that AFDO would like studied; study the issue and make recommendation to AFDO using the CASA resolution process.  Develop a reporting system of food-related decisions that have been made by States or agencies that could have impact or importance over a wide area.  Be prepared to study if necessary other issues as they emerge. Make a written report of committee activities to the President by April 15, 2008.
