Committee charge - Will meet September 4-6, 2007 in Saratoga Springs, New York to begin developing the Annual Conference.  Each conference and associate member will submit one topic and confirmed speaker for the program.  By the winter meeting (January, 2008), present to the Executive Board a final program for the annual conference.
